Representatives from six companies in South Westphalia and Lower Saxony engaged in discussions on agile product development, Lean Leadership, and Lean Production at Insta on November 9th. After a four-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the "AGILE in South Westphalia" working group finally reconvened in person.

In diverse presentations, Insta, slashwhy, and Viega showcased their definitions and practices of agile product development to the other participants, openly discussing the advantages and challenges of this approach.

Visitors had the opportunity to experience our Lean Production firsthand through a guided tour of our manufacturing facilities. Following a subsequent discussion workshop that gathered and addressed numerous questions, the day concluded with dinner and a relaxed gathering in Lüdenscheid.

We're delighted to have the opportunity to share our knowledge and learn from others' experiences. This successful exchange not only bolsters our internal expertise but also promotes collaboration within our region.
