Renewed award-winning training company
For the second consecutive year, we have been awarded the coveted seal of excellence for outstanding training quality in 2022. To receive the seal, our apprentices answered around 100 detailed questions anonymously about the quality of their training, such as content, future opportunities, and how apprentices are treated in the company. Our apprentices particularly highlighted the points of appreciation, involvement in work processes, and the trusting and familial working environment fostered by a culture of informal address ("duz" culture).
