We take action to be mindful, sustainable and transparent, in order to strengthen trust and safeguard our values across generations. To us, innovation means being one step ahead in all business areas. That is why we work every day to further optimise our practices and processes.

The successful ECOVADIS certification confirms our progress in the areas of environment, ethics, labour and human rights as well as sustainable procurement.

Shaping the future together

To us, sustainability means taking responsibility - for the environment we live in as well as for society and future generations. Times are changing: more and more people are asking why they need this particular product. Therefore, sustainability is no longer a nice-to-have, but a differentiating feature in the market. Studies show that the costs of unsustainable business strategies can become economically threatening in the future.

Our actions in the area of sustainability are aimed at making a contribution to a better future - for future generations, for nature and society.

My personal goal is to create an environment at Insta which people enjoy working in. This is achieved through a positive corporate climate and clear values.

Our aim is to recognise risks at an early stage, act responsibly and create transparent processes.

In accordance with applicable German law (Whistleblower Protection Act, HinSchG), we offer a secure, confidential and independent reporting office for whistleblowers.
