Labour in the supply chain

We understand sustainability in the supply chain as fair working conditions, respect for human rights and social responsibility along our entire value chain. Our aim is to promote long-term stability and the well-being of the people who make our products and services possible.

We use IntegrityNext, a cloud-based platform to ensure sustainability and compliance in our supply chain. Through IntegrityNext, we are able to efficiently monitor our suppliers' compliance with environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards. The platform helps us to recognise risks at an early stage and create transparency along the entire supply chain.

In addition, we subject ourselves to assessment by IntegrityNext.

Zero tolerance for child labour and forced labour

As a German company, we are fully committed to human rights, fairness and social responsibility. Forms such as child labour, modern slavery or forced labour are absolutely unacceptable to us and have no place in our company.

We take great care to ensure that these principles are adhered to not only in our own company, but also by our suppliers. Our partners and suppliers are obliged to respect and implement the same ethical standards.

Responsible behaviour is a matter of course for us, because respect, dignity and the safety of every person are the basis of sustainable business.
