The battery-operated Matter push-button interface from Insta enables the switch to be networked with all network-compatible devices behind the existing wall switch or wall push-button. A single operation therefore no longer simply switches the load connected by cable, but also controls all Matter-capable devices. This is made possible by the smart function of our device, which is integrated into the existing cabling.

Matter rotary dimmer

The Matter rotary dimmer from Insta creates the desired lighting effect and dims light sources brighter or darker with ease. The Matter rotary dimmer is suitable for all lamps and is operated completely silently. The dimmer is therefore particularly suitable for installation in cavity walls.

Insta Matter flush-mounted actuators provide support in everyday life. They are small and unobtrusively concealed behind switches, push-buttons, sockets or in false ceilings. Matter is supported by the major ecosystem providers

Matter is the name of the standard created by the CSA (formerly Zigbee Alliance), which is based on the IP-based application protocol of the Connected Home Over IP (CHIP) project. With Matter, a common global smart home standard is being created for the first time. Matter is backed by the major providers of smart home ecosystems. It offers benefits to users and manufacturers alike. Products with Matter technology can be integrated into these ecosystems by users without any obstacles. Manufacturers do not need separate tests of their products against the different ecosystems in addition to the Matter certification.
