Balancing work and private life
As beautiful as our offices and our region are, since the pandemic most of us have come to know and appreciate working from home. That's why we at Insta continue to focus on hybrid and mobile working, or “smart work” for short. What matters to us is the result and that you work in the way that suits you best.
We have learned that good performance, teamwork, and personal development also work in a hybrid work environment. Our employees decide together how they want to structure their collaboration. After all, our teams themselves know best which way of working suits them and how they can achieve good results.
Individual working time models in accordance with company agreements
Depending on the team, manager, and individual preferences, we enable you to choose your preferred working time model. You are jointly responsible for making a sensible decision based on your area of responsibility.
The following working time models are possible at Insta:
- Hybrid working—e.g., one day per week or several joint team days in the office, otherwise mobile working
- Exclusively mobile working
- Exclusively working on site in the office
Parent/care shifts for our employees in production and logistics
For our employees in production who are unable to work remotely due to logistical circumstances, we offer part-time models depending on individual preferences or life stage. In our so-called parent/caregiver shifts, employees start at 8 a.m. instead of 6 a.m., unlike the regular early shift, in order to better balance their private life with work. We clarify the requirements for parent/caregiver shifts on an individual basis as needed.
