When applying for a job at Insta, there may be many questions that you may have. Here, we provide for some of the answers.
How can I apply for a job at Insta GmbH?
We look forward to receiving your application via our online portal, preferably in PDF format.
Can I send an unsolicited job application?
No problem. Please use our online portal for unsolicited applications should there be no suitable vacancies at the current time.
What documents are required for the application
Please include the following documents and information when submitting your full application:
- Covering letter / your motivation
- CV, testimonials / certificates
- Photo (optional)
- Expected salary
- An indication of your period of notice
According to the AGG (General Equality Treatment Act), it is not mandatory to supply information that bears no effect on a decision.
How can I be certain that Insta has received my application?
A confirmation window on the online portal will immediately open up to confirm receipt of your application.
You will also receive a separate confirmation per email. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.

How is the selection process managed at Insta GmbH?
Your application will be viewed and checked by the HR department as well as by the relevant department.
We make every effort for a speedy processing time - should your assessment be positive, an invitation for a get-to-know-you interview (initial interview) will be sent out to you. Due to the current Corona circumstances, this will be in digital form. In the event of a positive assessment on both parts, an invitation is then issued for a second and more in-depth interview. The selection process is then concluded on the announcement of a decision.
Can I apply for more than one vacancy?
Yes, you are welcome to apply for several positions at the same time. Please use our online portal for this purpose.
Does Insta GmbH have a talent pool?
Yes, suitable applicants where we are currently unable to offer an adequate position are given the opportunity to join our talent pool. Your documents will then be stored in our system for one year from the date of submission. We will contact you in the event that a suitable job has become available. Your consent to be included in our applicants’ pool can be submitted per e-mail. Your data is automatically deleted when a period of 12 months has elapsed.
What happens with my data?
You can be rest assured that your data will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. After completion of the application process, your data will be deleted. The only exception being is where you have given written consent for your acceptance into our talent pool.
What has changed due to the current Corona situation?
It is our intention to protect your health as well as that of our employees. For this reason, getting-to-know-you interviews (initial interviews) are being currently conducted in digital form - video phone call.
I have received an invitation for an initial interview. How should I prepare myself?
In getting prepared for your interview with us, you should expect to be asked general questions about yourself and individual sections of your CV. Undoubtedly, we would also like to know why you are interested in Insta and this vacancy and what professional experience and expertise you bring for this particular position. The interview will also provide you with the opportunity to clarify any open questions that you may have about Insta, your career opportunities, your tasks and your future team.
