Trainees of 2023 recently started
On August 1, twelve new trainees started their training at Insta - that's a record! In previous years, the number of trainees per year was always lower. The trainees start their time at Insta with joint introductory days so that they can get to know the company and each other. In addition, the trainees receive various trainings to make their working routines easier.
